EAGLE GENERATOR warrants EAGLE generator sets, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is extended to the original using customer for a period of twelve months from the date of initial start-up or 1500 hrs. which ever occurs first, not to exceed eighteen months from date of shipment.

Repair, replacement or appropriate adjustments, at EAGLE GENERATOR'S option, will be finished if the part, upon EAGLE GENERATOR'S inspection, is found to be properly installed maintained and operated in accordance with normal procedures. This warranty does not apply to malfunctions caused by damage, unreasonable use, misuse, repair or service by unauthorized persons, or normal wear and tear. THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. Any implied or statutory warranties, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness of purposes are expressly limited to the duration of the warranty. In no event is EAGLE GENERATOR liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This Warranty Shall Not Apply To:

Failure due to normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper installation.

Alterations or modifications not authorized in writing by EAGLE GENERATOR.

Failure caused by defects in the system in which the set is installed.

Rental equipment expenses while repairs are being made.

Starting batteries, lubricating oil, fuses, fan belts and filters.

Cost of maintenance, adjustment, installation or start-up.

No persons are authorized to give any other warranties or to assume any other liabilities on EAGLE GENERATOR'S behalf.

All claims must be brought to the attention of EAGLE GENERATOR or an authorized distributor within ( 30 ) days of discovery of the pert or equipment failing, to meet this warranty.
